How does the free trial work?+
Every paid plan starts with 14 free days and no card is asked for up front. If you do nothing, the account simply returns to Free when the trial ends and nothing is charged. Gardens above the Free limits stay readable for 90 days so you can export or upgrade.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time from Manage billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. Your gardens stay readable on Free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or between Home and Pro?+
Yes, from Manage billing. Changes are pro-rated: you are credited for the unused part of the current period and charged for the new plan from that day.
What about tax?+
Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record. The price shown is the total you pay; Stripe works out the VAT or sales tax due in your country, includes it in that price, and itemises it on the invoice it emails you.
Do I get an invoice?+
Yes. Stripe emails an invoice and a receipt for every payment, and every past invoice is available from Manage billing.
What if I change my mind?+
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the first paid period. Write to us and we refund the unused part. Details are in the Terms.
Is my card safe?+
Card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Veete never sees or stores a card number.
